Common Issues & Solutions

Check these common solutions:

  • Verify your phone number is correct in your account settings
  • Check if SMS messages are being filtered to spam/junk
  • Ensure your phone has good cellular reception
  • Contact your carrier to ensure SMS isn't blocked

If none of these work, contact our support team with your phone number.

This can happen for several reasons:

  • The location may not have any available appointments right now
  • Appointments may have been booked since our last check
  • Some locations have very limited availability

We check for new appointments every 15 minutes. You'll be notified immediately when slots become available.

For billing support:

  • View your subscription status in your account settings
  • Cancel or modify your subscription anytime
  • All billing is handled securely through PayPal

For billing disputes or refunds, email our support team with your account details.

Managing your locations:

  • Free accounts can monitor 1 location
  • Premium accounts can monitor up to 6 locations
  • Add locations from your dashboard
  • Remove locations you no longer need

Choose locations that are convenient for you to travel to for your interview.
